Sandford F. Schmidt has more than 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer. After working for several of the most prestigious law firms in southern New Jersey, he opened the Law Offices of Sandford F. Schmidt in 1995. Two talented lawyers, Marie A. Wasilchak and Christopher D. Swirchak, have joined him.

In its 8 years of existence, the Law Offices of Sandford F. Schmidt has become well known for its expertise both in and out of the courtroom in a variety of matters. Recently, the law firm acquired the estate and probate practice of Claypoole & Tomlinson, P.C. The new firm is now known as Law Offices of Schmidt & Tomlinson. Susan Claypoole, Esquire, has retired from the private practice of law.
