At Capital Lending Corp. we dedicate our resources and our professionalism to those we serve. We understand the value of having access to capital and to credit. Equally important is the responsible use of credit. Our staff has volunteered its time and supported financial literacy education, sponsoring the work of NJ FLAN (New Jersey Financial Literacy Awareness Network). For the past several years, we have taught the financial literacy workshops at the New Jersey Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's annual conferences. Capital Lending Corp.'s senior staff members have conducted free seminars with municipalities, community organizations, houses of worships and schools, to educate consumers on finance, and appeared on public, broadcast and cable TV as financing experts and advisors on topics of critical importance. These efforts enrich our communities and contribute to a stronger local economy. We are accredited members of the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey, the organization's highest ranking.
A Brief History...
Founded in 1995, Capital Lending Corp. first offered commercial property loans. Soon after that, the company began to offer residential financing in Northern New Jersey. In 1996, Capital Lending Corp. added business financing to its offerings. In 1997, the company became approved by HUD as an FHA lender. Capital Lending Corp. is a licensed correspondent mortgage lender in the state of New Jersey, as well as a licensed mortgage lender in the state of Florida.
Today, Capital Lending Corp. serves the entire states of New Jersey and Florida as residential mortgage lenders, and also facilitates commercial property and business financing on a national level. Capital Lending Corp. also now serves larger private and public sector customers outside of the United States. The company continues to offer its services with the same business model as it was founded on, without charging upfront fees. Capital Lending Corp. maintains a highly trained staff of multilingual financial experts.
