Established in spring of 1994, India On The Hudson is located in the uptown section of Hoboken and is our first restaurant. It is also the very first Indian restaurant in Hoboken. Our concept for India On The Hudson was simple: Demystify Indian food and create an environment that is exotic yet very familiar. For this end we chose pale green and ivory walls with accents of brick red. Richly embroidered silk art contrasts crisp white table linen. In essence what we are doing is serving authentic North Indian cuisine that is well priced and professionally served in very elegant yet casual and comfortable surroundings.
