Weber & Layden, LLC is one of the few law firms in the state of New Jersey that focus primarily on the handling of residential real estate matters, including but not limited to: home purchases, home sales, negotiation of short sales, refinances, the purchase of new construction, and the purchase of bank owned properties (foreclosures).

Currently the firm has on staff two full time attorneys, Michael J. Weber, Esq (michaeljweber@weberandlayden.com), and Julie Layden, Esq (julielayden@weberandlayden.com). We also have full time real estate paralegals and a full time receptionist. This office is geared towards handling your everyday needs as a potential buyer or seller. As a whole, we have over 25 years of experience handling real estate matters.
