On October 7, 2010, Jason C. Tuchman was Master of Ceremonies at the retirement dinner honoring the Honorable Michael K. Diamond, former Presiding Judge of the Family Part, Passaic County. The event was held at the Green Brook Country Club in North Caldwell, NJ and was attended by approximately 385 people, including at least 70 judges throughout the State.
Scholarship Committee Chairperson and Board of Trustees member Albert L. Cohn presented Scholarship Awards to Steve Andreacchi, Joanna Slusarz and Andres Acebo at the Annual Bergen Bar Foundation Awards Dinner on September 20, 2010. Award grants were also given to Girl Scouts of Northern NJ and the Wood-Ridge High School Model Congress as were Achievement Awards for Citizenship, Community Service and Lawyer Achievement to worthy individuals and groups.
Charles R. Cohen was quoted in NJ.Com's ledgerupdates blog on September 14 and in a law.com article on September 16, 2010 on a case testing whether circulating news about an expunged conviction is libel.

A photograph of Peter S. Pearlman and a quote by him regarding personal jurisdiction that was the basis of a motion to dismiss appeared in the August 23, 2010 New Jersey Law Journal. The motion related to a class action involving AT & T prepaid calling cards settled earlier in the year in which Mr. Pearlman participated.

Joseph A. Maurice was quoted in The Record on August 12, 2010 in an article entitled "Paramus Cop in voter fraud case returns to work." He explained that pre-trial intervention does not require defendants to formally admit guilt, rather legal action is postponed to the end of the program when the charges may ultimately be discharged.
Barry A. Knopf was chosen as President of the Board of Jespy House on August 3, 2010. Jespy House is a program for adults with learning and developmental disabilities to access independent living and gainful employment.
Plaintiff's attorney Barry A. Knopf was quoted in a Reuters article that appeared worldwide on July 13, 2010 "Negative Avandia vote may bring new GSK legal woes" that discussed the possible US Food and Drug Administration advisory panel recomendation that diabetes drug Avandia be removed from market or restricted due heart risks.

A July 2, 2010 article in the Record discussing a waiver to allow for special education costs in a proposed tax cap quoted Lisa McCauley Parles.
Barry A. Knopf was quoted in the Bergen Record article, "Englewood restauranteur accused of assault in civil lawsuit," and in the New York Daily News article entitled "Accused Russian spy Anna Chapman's beau Michel Bittan raped me and gave me herpes: lawsuit," on July 7, 2010. His stated that his client Michel Bittan is being sued civilly for alleged sexual assault charges which he vehemently denies. The prosecutor has not filed any criminal charges.
