A little bit about Theresa’s Gourmet Deli & Cafe….
A neighborhood cafe where patrons and staff are on a first name basis and folks can chat happily across the room in a warm and very cozy place.
Theresa’s Cafe offers the best in “fresh home cooking” cooking from scratch using fresh and healthful ingredients in soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Breakfast can be the unusual; homemade yogurt parfaits, steel cut oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts, homemade muffins, scones or fruit bread or traditional; fluffy omelets, light and fluffy pancakes, waffles, special breakfast sandwiches, fruits, juices, a variety of fresh brewed coffees, teas and hot chocolate!
Lunch includes a seasonal variety of classic and gourmet sandwiches, burgers, daily homemade soups, chilies, a tempting choice of main course salads, plus daily specials. Patrons stop by to pick up freshly made entrees to enjoy at home!
We have been preparing fresh foods for over Sixyears for people who value healthful, tasteful, quality Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and catering.

We are now accepting orders for our traditional homemade pies, cakes, cookies, and cheesecakes… They are made the old fashioned way, by hand and only from the freshest ingredients, our pumpkin pies are made from Real pumpkins (from a patch and not a can), our pie crust is hand made using only unbleached and unbromalated flour and butter; our apple pies are made from several different varieties of fresh apples, cheesecakes are made withreal Philadelphia cream cheese; our chocolate cake is made with Drost chocolate, our vanilla butter creame frosting ismadeonly with butter, powder sugar and pure vanilla from Europe.
We love baking and you can taste it!

We will be closed on thursday, for Thanksgiving, but we will be open on Friday & Saturday.
We will also be selling food at Hunterdon Highschool at the Antinques Show, this Holliday weekend, stop by and check out the Antiques and grab a bite to eat!
