Pequest Engineering specializes in providing professional services relating to land planning, management and development. In addition to the traditional CIVIL ENGINEERING and LAND SURVEYING services affiliated with land development projects, Pequest Engineering has developed a variety of

specialized ENVIRONMENTAL and PLANNING capabilities not generally offered by companies of our size. With the exception of architectural services, Pequest Engineering is able to cover most facets of the typical development project from inception to final construction. Our broad in-house capabilities result in enhanced project coordination, improved communication, and an overall better product.
In addition to serving the private sector, Pequest Engineering has accrued extensive experience in the public sector through our twelve year tenure as Engineer to one of the most active Planning Boards in the Northern New Jersey Area.
Founded in 1979, the firm currently employs a staff including a Professional Land Surveyor, and a Professional Engineer/Planner Each of our professionals has more than 35 years of practical, hands-on experience.
