Student Leadership Conferences (SLC) is a professional development organization centered on diversity and inclusion for college students and their campus-based advisors. SLC's various leadership training conferences are hosted in many major cities across the U.S. including New York, San Francisco, LA and Chicago, as well as virtually. These conferences include the National Student Leadership Conference, where an attendee can expect to learn and grow through diversity training or bullying prevention. Black Students Lead is a black leadership summit with workshops and roundtables, like peer leadership training. LatinX Leads is an excellent opportunity for students to learn and experience latino leadership. Attendees at UCWLC can expect a transformational experience with women empowerment at its core. NSLDC Pride was created to provide the LGBTQ community with resources to raise awareness, increase knowledge and develop skills to become stronger leaders and allies to the community. All of our conferences provide students with experiential workshops and engaging activities so they can facilitate social action in the world.
