At Greater Newark Church of Christ, we are a Christian organization going through the initial stages of planting a church. Within our midst, you will find the Holy Spirit in action. We are dedicated to providing a safe and affirming refuge to those seeking the Word of God without regard to sexual orientation, gender or previous religious affiliations. Members and guests identify with various groups including gay, lesbian, heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, two-spirited, Catholic, Protestant, and no religious affiliation. We warmly receive those from various countries including the the United States, Caribbean/West Indies, Africa and beyond.
Founders, Dr. Ursula Cargill and Aaron Frazier, offer educational meetings, which includes scripture readings, team building, and other useful elements of church planting. Meanwhile, we also offer Christian counseling as well as community outreach services.
