Material pricing includes all blueprints and materials to build your deck, Labor prices includes all labor to build your deck and obtain permits. Just Decks is now offering custom made deck inlays for your deck, they will measure 33" square and a 33" octagon is available.
These inlays can be installed on any style deck, they are made from Azek decking but can be installed on other types of decking.
Color schemes can be any combination of Azek decking colors and the compass rose is the only design we have at the moment...come back often for other designs we're currently working on.

Our pricing for labor will include blueprints for permits from your design or choose from designs from decks we have already built, all concrete footings poured into tubes, (support post anchors on TOP of footings) Deck framing any shape, size, levels, all decking secured with Teflon and ceramic coated screws to eliminate rusting. (Stainless screws used when necessary) One set of closed riser stairs, our custom mortise and tenon rail system. ( 2x4 support rails mortised into 4x4 posts.All decking is installed with a "picture framed" look. Precisely fitted lattice all sanding and routing, remove siding and double flash ledger board, and cleaning of all debris.

All decks will be separately priced materials and labor so when comparing pricing you have both labor and material costs.

Pressure treated ACQ materials- Approx. $9.00 per sq. ft.
Cedar grade #2- Approx. $14.00 per sq. ft.
All Pressure treated with Composite decking- Approx. $13.50 per sq. ft.
Mahogany- Approx. $17.00 per sq ft
Composite Decking with Vinyl Rails- Approx. $18.00 to $22.00 per sq. ft.
