The Dormer House, a Cape May Bed and Breakfast, is a center hall "colonial revival" built in 1899 for a rich marble dealer John Jacoby of Philadelphia. Mr. Jacoby, founder and first Commodore of the Cape May Yacht Club, built the cottage for his family as a summer house for "gracious living and entertaining."

Our Bed and Breakfast offers a spacious "center hall" and is a beautiful room to welcome arriving guests. This Cape May B&B has a complete magnificent marble fireplace large open stairway, and sparkling stained glass panes. For safety reasons smoking is permitted only on the veranda.
