A JORDAN ALMOND TRADITION
The tradition of gifting sugar coated almonds (Jordan Almonds) goes back to the 18th Century. Also known as "Confetti", these delectable treats were offered as a gesture of thanks to guests who attended and celebrated a significant life milestone... from weddings, to baptisms, to showers, and even funerals.
A celebration is not complete without confetti!
The sugar coating on the raw almond -which has a natural bittersweet taste - extend warm wishes to a "sweet" life... full of Health, Wealth, Happiness, Fertility and Longevity. These sentiments are represented by each of the 5 almonds most commonly gifted.

Always mindful of our health and weight conscious consumer, Capco has introduced SUGAR FREE JORDAN ALMONDS. In addition, our Jordan Almonds are available in almost any color imaginable.

Just when you think it couldn't get better...
Our product development team went nuts to ensure that we continue to manufacture only the world's finest in confections. Capco's product line continues to grow - bringing to market a new and exciting variety of candied nuts. - the savory Roasted Flavored Nut. These new additions have received rave reviews as we continue to enhance and expand both the Mia Rosa as well as the Nutibles lines - (our Flagship 3.5oz candied-nut pre-packs- the concession and movie theatre stand favorites. )

We start first, by gently roasting a California, Non Pariel Supreme Almond. Then we slowly drizzle our own mix of aromatic flavors, transforming our Superfine Almond into Cappuccino, Cinnamon, Cocoa and Honey flavored gems.

The tasty treats are available in our REGULAR as well as our SUGAR FREE varieties.
ABOUT OUR CLIENTS
Our bulk and retail package lines reach clients from around the world through our fine food distributors retail stores, Internet & mail-order affiliates as well as the Gourmet and Specialty Gift Stores.

Our products are sold in retail, grocery basket chains, fine drug chains, as well as department stores throughout the US, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Our products are even being sold as far as Dubai!

How Almonds Are Graded: Jordan Almonds are available in three grades. The Grade is determined by the size of the Almond and the thickness of the sugar coaiting.

Superfine: A large flat Almond with a very thin sugar coating.
Extrafine: A medium size Almond with a thin sugar coating.
Fine: A small size Almond with a moderate amount of sugar coating. Sugar Free: A Superfine grade.
Roasted Flavored Almonds: A Superfine Grade available in Cappuccino, Cocoa, Cinnamon and Honey.

All of Capco's products are Kosher Certified, Parve with Circle K- Organized Kashruth.

OUR PAPILLION PUPPIES
Abigail is Carole's 10 year old Papillion (Papillion - for her beautiful butterfly ears). Abigail is the company CEO... "Chief Entertainment Officer. She welcomes all who enter.

She is the good will ambassador of the company. She is a mild mannered, and stately lady and remains calm, collected and quiet amidst even the most stress filled occaisons.

She is also the mentor for her younger and feisty sister, Mia Rose. This was not always the case. Abigail did not want to relinquish her stardom when Jacki rescued Mia Rose and hired her as Capco's mascot. Mia Rose is a sandy, long haired Chihuahua and also is the namesake of our new retail package line.

This came about by accident when trade marking our retail package line. Mia, coincidently, has Carole's middle name, Rose, so the leap was made.

Together Abigail and Mia Rose prepare and present all of the news releases and memos for Capco Enterprises.
