When I was seventeen years old I started making pizza in my father's restaurant. Denino's on Staten Island has been known for its famous pizza for over half a century. In 1951 my father, Carlo created his first Authentic New York Style Pizza. Denino's Pizza has ranked in the top ten in New York City for the last three decades. As a most recent partner at Denino's and 25 years in the business, I want to bring my experience in making this traditional quality pizza to a family-friendly restaurant in my home town.
