My name is Donna Maria Vix, DMD, but for well over twenty years now, my patients have called me simply Dr. Donna.

You will find my practice in the beautiful, rural town of Stillwater, New Jersey. Im blessed to have some pretty special patients here and they range in age from over 90 years young to less than one year old. I enjoy working with all ages which is why I am a general dentist, but often, people think that Im a pedodontist (a dentist who specializes in treating only children). I think maybe they get that idea because children generally like me and because I try to make my office feel as welcome as possible. When I decorated it, I tried my best to make it feel more like someones home than a doctors office. When you come here, its like visiting a friend.

My passion is to try to change the way people perceive dental care and in particular, home care for children from infants on up. I am trying not only to change the attitude of the general public, but also of my fellow colleagues in dentistry. I thought that the best place to start is to lead by example, so I am writing a book which will be entitled, Two Years is Too Old. Youll find some information about it here on my website.
