Adult Classes: We are committed to the value of Lifelong Learning. Our Adult Classes are taught by and to Adults and not combined with Youth Classes.

Teen Classes: Our programs offer guidance and direction that promote positive character development and confidence to meet peer pressures and make the right decisions for long term success.
Youth Classes: Offered starting at age 7, the youth classes offer structure and focus in an enjoyable setting that promote fitness and positive interaction skills taught by experienced adults.
Traditional Aikido offers the benefits of true martial arts training for yourself or your child. Aikido is a powerful method of self-defense that redirects the force of the attacker without violence or competition. In addition to the benefits of overall fitness and character development, Aikido students learn to become centered and confident in the face of challenge or aggression.
