Our practice was started by Dr. Alexander Doctoroff in 2004 after several years of work in a large dermatology group. His goal was to create a world-class institution addressing all the needs of dermatological patients right here in New Jersey. Today we have fulfilled this goal and work every day to bring you the newest and most advanced developments in the treatment of skin, hair and nail diseases. We provide a wide variety of services in all areas of cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology.

Our practice's expertise ranges from Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of skin cancer, to allergy testing, to photodynamic therapy for acne. We specialize in facial rejuvenation and cosmetic procedures. We use dermoscopy (epiluminescent microscopy) for skin cancer detection. This method allows for more accurate detection of melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma, and a decrease in the number of unnecessary biopsies.

Having close to 10 years of experience in Botox and cosmetic fillers, Dr. Alexander Doctoroff is one of the leading providers of cosmetic services in the New York/New Jersey metro area, pioneering many advanced aesthetic techniques.

In lieu of paper charts, our office features electronic patient medical records. Our system allows for electronic transmittal of laboratory results and prescriptions to pharmacies. This saves our patients a trip to the pharmacy to drop off the prescription and increases accuracy. We are located in Clark, New Jersey.
