Seal of Approval is owned and operated by Michael Jachera. Michael has over twenty years of sealcoating experience and began Seal of Approval in 1999. Michael is on each and every job. Seal of Approval is not a sideline for us. It’s a full-time, seven day a week operation. We have a reputation that we are very proud of.
