Muay Thai (also known as Thai boxing) is a fighting art that originated in Thailand (formerly Siam) nearly 2000 years ago. Often called the "toughest ring sport in the world", Thai boxing utilizes the practitioners weapons, knees, elbows, kicks and punches (also known as 8 points of contact). Our instructors take care in teaching our students proper form and body mechanics to avoid injuries while training and to gain maximum effectiveness.
Our classes are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals by using the training methods of Thai boxing and exercises. The classes are set up to allow all levels get a good workout and start getting into the condition you want. Goals may vary from improving your fitness level, learning self-defense, loosing weight and gaining confidence or competing in amateur/professional Muay Thai bouts and/or sharpening your stand up skills for an Mixed Martial Arts event.
We offer both morning and evening classes for adults and teens.
We also offer kids classes ages 4 and up. Kids will have fun as they learn basic martial arts, self-defense and techniques to improve their concentration, self-discipline, respect and most of all confidence. See schedule for class times.
