Dr. Christine M. Silverstein is the director of The Summit Center for Ideal Performance, conveniently located in Northern New Jersey, about 20 miles west of New York City. She is a certified hypnocounselor who has assisted countless children, adolescents, and adults to achieve their optimum performances in academics, business, sports, performing arts, and health.
Unlike other practitioners in the field, Dr. Silverstein develops a unique program for each and every client to meet their individual needs.
She is one of the few practitioners who specializes in assisting children and adolescents with self-esteem issues through sports and the arts. Athletes greatly benefit when they learn to overcome their fears by relaxing and focusing on their skills.
