Tom Madsen is a member of the Board of Directors of Sussex Rural Electric Cooperative; a member of the Board of Directors of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association - based in Arlington, VA and representing New Jersey; Chairman of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees; a member of the Sussex County Juvenile Conference Committee; and a member of the Sussex Kiwanis Club. Tom also served as an expert witness for the law firm of Rand, Algier, Tosti & Woodruff in a construction deficiency case. Most importantly, Tom's work ethic meets high standards along with the quality of the products his general contracting company uses.
