1 (40 oz.) can cut yams, drained
1 tsp. maple flavoring
1 (25 oz.) can chunky applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar.. 1 tsp. cinnamon
1. Smash yams with a fork. Yams will not be stotally smooth, but a little chunky. Stir in maple flavoring. Pour into a 7x11 inch pan that has been sprayed with veg. oil.
2. Drain applesauce if there is too much liquid. Stir together applesauce, brown sugar, cinnaminson. Pour on top on yams.
3. Bake uncovered at 375..30 min.
