Retinal and Ophthalmic Consultants is a nationally recognized ophthalmic subspecialty practice delivering state-of-the-art patient care in New Jersey since 1986. Our mission is the preservation and restoration of the precious gift of sight in our patients. The goal of our practice is to provide the highest level of professional care in the warmest possible surroundings.
The practice provides services in the fields of Retina, Cornea, Glaucoma, and Oculoplastics. Our seven physicians are all board certified, world-renowned experts in their respective fields. Our doctors are affiliated with major eye institutions such as Wills Eye Hospital and the Scheie Eye Institute (University of Pennsylvania). Many of our doctors have also received awards and accolades including Philadelphia Magazine's "Top Doc" and "Best Doctors in America".
Retinal and Ophthalmic Consultants is dedicated to improving the quality of life of patients through compassionate, leading-edge care. As a means to achieve this goal, the practice is dedicated to being a leader in ophthalmic research. We have a full-time clinical research coordinator who has led the practice to be involved in more national and international ophthalmic clinical studies than any other New Jersey-based practice.
Our forty staff members understand that their primary goal is to provide treatment in a caring, compassionate manner. Our staff have all received the highest training in their field and many have certifications including: certified ophthalmic technologist, certified ophthalmic assistant, certified ophthalmic nurse, certified ophthalmic photographer and certified clinical study coordinator.
