Since 1989, Dr. Daniel Fox has been providing quality Orthopedic care for his patients in Ocean & Monmouth Counties.
Dr. Daniel Fox is a Board Certified Fellowship TrainedAttending Orthopedic Surgeon at Community Medical Center in Toms River. He also has a satellite office in Marlboro, New Jersey. Dr. Fox was the Chairman for the Department of Orthopedicsat Community Medical Center in Toms River from 2005 to 2008. In 2007, Dr. Fox was named the NIKE NEW JERSEY SPORTS DOCTOR OF THE YEAR.
Dr. Fox is certified in Laser Surgery and in Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Surgery. He is also one of the few specialists certified in Cartilage Transplantation Surgery (the Genzyme Carticel Chondrocyte Procedure).
Dr. Fox specializes in Sports Medicine and in all aspects of Orthopedic Surgery with special interests in shoulders, knees, hips, hands, wrists and carpal tunnel surgery. In addition to sports medicine, he also performs numerous total joint replacements for arthritis, including the Mini Invasive Oxford Partial Knee Replacement, the J & J Rotating Platform, Mobile Bearing Total Knee Replacement.
Dr. Fox also treats all types of trauma, such as fractures, extremity and back injuries, etc. Dr. Fox also specializes in workers compensation and motor vehicle injuries. Dr. Fox performs his surgeries at both Community Medical Center and at the Physicians’ Surgery Center located in Toms River.
Dr. Fox has a firm commitment to all of his patients to provide quality care with compassion and understanding. This is also demonstrated by his courteous and dedicated office staff.
In addition, Dr. Sanjay Bakshi has joined Dr. Fox at the Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. His specialty is Interventional Pain Management and Neck and Back injuries. He performs Epidural Injections, Facet Injections, Radio Frequency, etc.
