Our firm was founded by two brothers who continued their practice into the 1970s. They hired a young New Jersey trial lawyer named E. Carter Corriston, Sr., in 1960, who is now approaching his 50th year as senior partner with Breslin & Breslin, P.A. In 1979 Mr. Corriston became the first lawyer in Bergen County to recover over $2,000,000 in a personal injury action. He has had seven other awards exceeding $2,000,000 and numerous others over $1,000,000. He continues to manage the firm, advise clients, work with our other lawyers, and keep the office in touch with its original traditions.
