Having served as a Municipal Court Judge for approximately 10 years in various municipalities, I have returned to the full-time practice of law and devote a substantial part of my practice to the representation of DWI defendants and those charged with other Municipal Court matters. Based upon my experience as a former Judge and Prosecutor, I am fully familiar with the various defenses which can be utilized and also the procedural requirements of the various Municipal Courts and utilize this experience in striving to obtain the best possible results for my clients at a reasonable fee.
