Food Changes Everything
Food is a huge part of every daylife. We are constantly making decisions about what to put in our bodies. To complicate things, there are countless emotions, traditions and sensitivities wrapped around food. Then there is the multi billion dollar processed food industry and pharmaceutical industry that has made our life more convenient but not necessarily more healthy. On top of that, we have a plethora of weight loss plans, pills, potions and promises vying for our attention. It's not easy to siphon through. The decisions are getting complicated.
So what are we supposed to eat?
As a health coach, this is where I come in. I work together with my clients to help them decide what nourishment is right for their body and lifestyle. No one diet works for everyone. Many of the weight loss programs are cookie cutter programs. And I have a news alert - we aren't cookie cutter people! We need a plan that makes sense for us as individuals. Do you know that 90% of diets fail? Why? Because diets are not sustainable, not practical and can be dangerous. I help people transition from the frustration of yo-yo dieting to a lifetime of sustainable, healthy eating.
