Founded in 1991, DPM is a full service Community Association Management company exclusively managing condominium, homeowner and community associations. Today, the company manages associations in Atlantic, Ocean, Cape May and Burlington Counties ranging in size from fourteen to two thousand six hundred units.

DPM is a long-time member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national organization representing community associations nationwide. Members of our staff regularly attend educational seminars offered by CAI in order to keep current with rapidly changing issues facing community associations both statewide and nationally.

DPM continues to explore new avenues to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
