The Monmouth Conservatory of Music offers instruction in classical music, together with a variety of performance opportunities. The Conservatory's goal is to develop musicians and audiences of the future.
We welcome all new and returning students to the 2010-2011 school year. The fall semester runs from the first week of September through the last week of January 2011. Registration for private lessons in voice and most instruments is ongoing throughout the semester, and lessons are scheduled according to teacher availability. More information can be found on the General Registration form. Group lessons are also offered, including Introduction to Music for ages 3 to 6, the Youth and Children's Choruses for ages 7 to 17, Student Strings Orchestra and Ensemble, and Music Theory and Ear Training. Please contact the Conservatory's office for the schedule of group class.
Essential to the Conservatory's artistic and educational mission are the Faculty and Guest Artist Concert series offered free to charge to Conservatory students and opened to the community with a suggested donation. Please check the Concert Schedule for details.
