If we find any problems that can potentially delete your documents, music, photos, videos and any other data that we find, we will copy your data to an external drive.

We offer three different pricing options, and they are below:

Remote support, which means that with your permission, we will connect to your computer using the Internet to fix your problem (hourly).
Pick up or delivery of the computer, and fixing the computer at our location (fixed price, unless computer parts are needed).
On-site in your home or business (hourly).

We offer preventative maintenance plans so that you do not have to worry about problems, software updates, or any technical issues with your computer. For the home, we offer the following plan:

No Headache Home Problem Prevention Plan: This is where we connect to your computer over the Internet, or you drop it off at our location once a quarter and we perform the following:

Update manufacturer hardware software
You will receive two phone support calls a month, and unlimited free computer support emails.
We will provide support until the problem is fixed. The support we provide can be for computer hardware, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet Explorer, FireFox, Google Chrome, Picasa, Movie Maker, and Microsoft Works.
The initial setup is at our location so that we can backup your system and do all of the other items mentioned above.

If we cannot fix your problem, there is no charge.
We provide a variety of services to meet your budget and needs.
We backup all of your data before we start working on your problem.
We take a complete computer hardware and software inventory so that you know what is currently installed on your computer.
With our gold service we provide a six month guarantee on your computer as well as a complete checkup of your computer.
We offer a No Headache Home Prevention Plan subscription based service that will help eliminate all fears of you doing something wrong with your computer. In this service we provide phone and email support.
We can pick up and delivery of your computer for free if you are within a 15 mile radius of our location.

When you call or email for an appointment we do the following steps:

Write down exactly what you tell us you are experiencing – all the symptoms and details.
If your computer does not start, or you are getting a blue screen with error messages on it, we will try and backup (make a copy) of your documents, pictures and music.
We will ask you a series of questions to determine what you use the computer for and when we are done fixing your computer we will make some suggestions that will help you utilize the computer to fit your needs.
We will run a software package to determine what software applications are on the computer as well as the hardware.
We will run checkup software on the computer to determine if there are any hardware problems that you may not be aware of. We may also make suggestions that will improve the overall speed of your computer.
We will backup your data if you would like us to.
If we do not find anything out of the ordinary, we will start working on your problem immediately.
If we find additional problems with your computer hardware we will call you and let you know what we found.
We will fix your computer right the first time no excuses, no hidden fees.
Most virus issues can be solved in one to two days. If a hardware replacement or upgrade is needed we may not have the part in stock. We will give you an estimate when the job will be completed.
Once our service is finished, we thoroughly test your computer to make sure everything is working properly.

Finally, we will call you personally and let you know everything is ready to go and arrange a pick up or delivery time.
