Welcome to Ramapo Valley Industries! We have been established since 1968 as a manufacturer of nylon blown film, profile and rod extrusions of E-CTFE, PVDF and Nylon.
We presently supply very close tolerance blown nylon film for many applications.
What we specialize in Ramapo's nylon film is blown in widths of .400 thousandths of an inch to 14 inches in gauges from .001 to .006 and we can handle any size order - small runs are our specialty.
Some of our Products R-6AFN - is FDA approved for food contact. R-6AFN-HM - Heat stabilized for non-food contact. R-6AFN-HSF - Used when different blow ratios are needed within molded parts.
Ramapo Valley can also tailor manufacturing various nylon alloys to fill your requirements, improved release, slip or improved adhesion to the composite part in cases where the bladder is left in the composite and then drilled or punched.
