Every child that passes through our doors possesses their own unique personality and learning style, we encourage them to explore freely and to have confidence in their abilities.

Our Montessori Philosophy
Village Montessori School in Flemington educates children in the manner formulated by the famous Italian Physician and Educator, Maria Montessori (1870-1952) Dr. Montessori felt that the goal for early childhood education should not be to fill the child with facts, but rather to cultivate his own natural desire to learn.
"There are many things which no teacher can convey to a child of three, but a child of five can do it with the utmost of ease."
Our carefully prepared environment fosters learning in all areas. It is a place where the child can do things for himself/herself. The Montessori environment helps bring out the potential of each individual and is constructed to satisfy his physical, mental and spiritual needs. Within an atmosphere of order, each child experiences the excitement of learning by his own choice.
