New Haven Station Rehabilitation
ECI conducted lead-based paint (LBP) and asbestos surveys at six rail stations in Westchester County.
The work scope included reviewing construction plans and historic LBP surveys, preparing a work plan for the LBP inspections and complete asbestos inspections of all structures proposed for rehabilitation.
