• Risotto pescatore ~ Italian rice with seafood. (20 min. preparation time)
• Lumaconi (jumbo snail shape pasta) sauted with fried eggplant, fresh tomatoes, baby sweet pepper, fresh basil and melted buffalo mozzarella cheese.
