Cedars and Beeches bed and breakfast country inn is the first bed & breakfast in Long Branch, one of the Jersey shores most exciting year round resort destinations. This elegant Victorian mansion offers visitors a unique location, just four blocks to Ocean Avenue and Long Branch beaches, three blocks to Monmouth University and about a mile to Monmouth Medical Center and Pier Village.
Long Branch offers its summer visitors a series of expansive beaches, nearby tennis and golf facilities, and Monmouth Raceway Park. Now a year round community, Long Branch and the surrounding area offer a variety of dining establishments, entertainment and shopping facilities as well as museums, theatres and concert venues.
First built at the turn of the 19th century in the fashionable section known as West End, historic due to the many United States Presidents, industrial magnates and scions of society that owned summer residences here, the mansion is typical of its time period, featuring a wrap-around porch, grand staircase, and Tiffany stained glass windows. On site parking, beautiful gardens and estate trees surround the inn.
Beautifully and individually decorated, every bedroom and en suite private bathroom combines the atmosphere and detail of a bygone age with modern convenience. Many of the rooms feature windowed alcoves, 12-foot ceilings and hardwood floors. Each room features many amenities including cable television, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fan, hair dryer, am / fm clock radio with alarm, telephone with voice mail and complimentary wi-fi and internet access.
The Inn offers guests delightful and bountiful deluxe continental breakfasts during the week. On weekends and holidays, our full American breakfasts are both famous and filling. Kosher breakfast is also available.
In addition to its many amenities for the leisure traveler, the Inn also offers numerous facilities for the business traveler including private telephones with voice mail, access to facsimile and copy services, complimentary wi-fi and hi speed internet access.
Corporate retreats or small business meetings, small weddings and reunions may also be held at the Inn.
