Abilities of Northwest Jersey Inc., is a private, not-for-profit 501(c) 3 community rehabilitation program providing vocational training and employment services since 1974 to the disabled and disadvantaged population of Warren, Hunterdon and Morris counties. Currently Abilities operates five Employment Centers located throughout Warren County and is serving approximately 350 individuals on a daily basis. A professional staff of 90 employees assists in daily program operation.
MISSION: Abilities is dedicated to improving the employability and quality of life for people with disabilities by providing training and individualized services.
