Morristown Lumber is pleased to announce we have been granted our Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody certification by Scientific Certification Systems (SCS). This means that we meet the strict tracking requirements for ensuring that products we sell as FSC-certified come from well-managed forests. By obtaining this certification, we can ensure that our customers will have access to high-quality wood products that meet their responsible sourcing guidelines.

Forest Certification enables consumers to make informed choices when selecting wood and other forest products. The Forest Stewardship Council, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is the global and national leader in the independent certification of forest management by evaluating and accrediting certifiers, by encouraging the development of nation and regional forest management standards, and by providing public education and information about independent, third-party certification as a tool for ensuring that the worlds forests are protected for future generations. There are currently more than 100 million acres of FSC-certified forestland in the

Serving Morris County since 1928, Morristown Lumber & Supply is a family-owned business. Were still going strong after 78 years and 3 generations. We survived the Depression and resorted to selling the very boards off our buildings during World War II. These were some difficult years. But holding true to our slogan, "Everything to Build Anything," Morristown Lumber really took off during the post war building boom.

In 1985, Morristown Lumber expanded its' limited builder's hardware department into a new 12,000 sq. ft. hardware store and special order department becoming a true "Home Center", easily accessible with plenty of free parking for builders and homeowners. Remodeled again in 2000, Morristown Lumber now provides state-of-the-art kitchen and bath designs with both stock and custom lines. We also upgraded our Special Order Department for doors, windows, moldings, and other millwork items. Once again, Morristown Lumber is tailoring itself to the specific needs of Morris County residents, builders, and commercial customers.
