Colinear Machine & Design Inc is a full service, precision, CNC machining Company, specializing in CNC milling, CNC turning, surface grinding, EDM and assembly. Our facilities and equipment allow us to do almost any type of machining using a wide range of materials (aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, plastics etc.)
Colinear was formed by John San Giacomo Jr., August 1988 in Orange, NJ. In 1995 we moved to a larger facility at Wharton, NJ. Outgrowing that space we moved in May 2004 to our current location at Sparta, NJ.
Our expertise is the manufacturing of high precision machine parts, in particular the manufacturing of components for domestic and foreign original machine manufacturers in all industries. We have the engineering capacity to deal with complex machine programming to allow the making of the most complicated 3 dimensional forms, requiring the greatest workmanship and precision.
We engineer, manufacture and assemble your parts when you need them. Customers who need prototypes or production parts will find that Colinear can do the entire process, meet quality requirements and deliver a superior product on time.
We welcome international industry standards and tolerances like the Metric system.
