Monmouth Vinyl began operations in January of 1990, out of the family aluminum siding business which dated back to 1974, both of which were begun by Mr. Steven LaPietra. The mission statement was and still is "to provide Monmouth and Ocean county with the most up to date exterior remodeling products, specializing in vinyl siding, vinyl windows and roofing, installed with the utmost attention to detail, at fair prices". Along the way, several specialty lines were added; vinyl composite decks and railings, stone and stucco lines of work, Marvin windows and Therma Tru doors, even vinyl garage doors! Most recently, the Rain Pro gutter and leader system, gutter covers and screens.

But the most significant addition to our product line happened in March of 1994. That is when 40' seamless vinyl siding became available, and Monmouth Vinyl had the foresight to become the area's exclusive dealer and installer. While others passed up the opportunity, we clearly saw the future of vinyl siding...and ran with it! Nothing compares to seamless vinyl siding. And no one comes close to our experience.

Of course, we also provide other types of vinyl siding, including the ever popular vinyl shakes. Vinyl shake sidings now come in a number of different shapes and textures, not to mention an ever expanding spectrum of colors. The newest addition to the industry is foam-backed vinyl siding. Foambacked vinyl sidings come in the larger exposures, missing for so long in the vinyl siding portfolio. We also carry an extensive selection of the economical good to better grade vinyl sidings. But every manufacturer we use, be it Certainteed, Mastic, Royal Building Products, Kaycan or Crane, has their vinyl siding certified by the VSI for quality assurance, strict adhearance to specifications, and your peace of mind. If the siding manufacturer being offered to you doesn't belong to the Vinyl Siding Institute Certified Product program, you should be asking...Why not?

The vinyl window industry is still relatively young, and so, many changes still occur from year to year. The latest major innovation in vinyl windows is the triple pane feature. This has provided a significant increase in efficiency and is surely the way of the future....

In fact, we have been installing triple pane replacement windows since 2002, so you'll find here, too, Monmouth Vinyl way ahead of the curve. When full replacement of the frame is necessary or desired, we recommend Marvin, Pella or Andersen. And the full line of Therma Tru doors, as well as patio doors and the Ocean Breeze vinyl garage door is offered. And most of our offerings qualify for the ARRA Energy Tax Credit now given by the U.S. government, offsetting costs by up to $1,500!

We also strive to excel in our roofing work. That is why we have always suggested the Certainteed Roofing Collection. Nobody offers a larger selection, with a warranty that is unmatched in the industry. We are proud to have attained their "Master Shingle Company" status, allowing us to offer you extended warranties on their products, not available to all roofing contractors.

Gutters and leaders have always been available in two forms; residential and commercial. That is, until now! We have the Englert Rain Pro gutter and leader system, the first true design change in gutters in 30 years. Try to find another gutter system with the Good Housekeeping seal and a lifetime warranty on the finish, and you'll begin to understand how truly advanced this product is.

In addition, we can offer you either gutter covers or screening, so you will never have to clean out your gutters again.

We also carry the Timber Tech line of composite vinyl decking and railings, fiberglass and aluminum columns, and Fypon, Mid America and Azek for details. Also, a limited amount of masonry accents in either synthetic stucco or Cultured Stone are available, to finish the job the way you want it!
