It provides service 24/7, has 22 operator and management stations, handles 19,000 calls daily and employs 70 highly-trained, including bilingual, staff operators and twelve additional staff in management and support positions. The company runs a tightly-organized, military-style, daily three-shift operation with two professional shift managers on every shift to assure accountability and continuity of service. Anserve has recently invested in the latest telecommuting equipment which allows 15 select managers and operators to work from home when needed to fill in for sickness or weather-related absence, further assuring full staffing.
