65 Point cleaning checklist

Bedrooms:
 
1. Linens changed if left out (slight extra charge)
2. Furniture dusted & pledged as needed
3. Mirrors cleaned
4. Window ledge wiped
5. Trash emptied
6. Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
7. Carpets/floors vacuumed & edged as needed
8. Hardwood floors vacuumed & cleaned
9. Cobwebs removed
10. Baseboards & moldings feather dusted
11. Ceiling fans dusted
12. Switch plates wiped down
13 Electronic devices dusted
14 Vacuum under beds if accessible and move some small items as needed

Bathrooms:
 
15. Disinfect,clean and sanitize bath tubs and showers 
16. Wipe down exterior cabinet doors
17. Disinfect,clean and sanitize sinks, wall tiles and all chrome 
18. Toilets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
19. Counter top cleaned 
20. Mirrors cleaned
21. Window ledge wipedn
22. Trash emptied
23. Vacuum and sanitize/wash floor
24. Switch plates wiped down
25. Baseboards & exterior floor hand wiped and sanitized

Kitchen:
 
26. Countertops and backsplash cleaned and sanitized
27. Cabinets exterior wiped down
28. Trash emptied if needed
29. Trash lid wiped down and sanitized
30. Sinks cleaned and sanitized
31. Outside of refrigerator, oven, microwave and all other appliances cleaned
32. Inside of microwave cleaned and sanitized
33. Window ledge wiped
34. Switch plates wiped down
35. Vacuum and thoroughly mop your floors
36. Sliding glass door windexed (interior)
37. Cobwebs removed
38. Baseboards feather dusted
39. Dirty dishes placed in dishwasher only if room permits it
40 Eating table & chairs wiped down
41 Hand edge exterior of floor, esp. under appliances and cabinets

All other rooms:
 
42. All furniture dusted & pledged 
43. Picture frames and knick knacks dusted
44. Window ledge wiped
45. Cobwebs removed
46. Wipe off furniture surface as needed
47. Light pick up and straighten
48. Dirty dishes placed in dishwasher only if room permits it
49. Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
50. Clean top of glass tables
51. Vacuum carpets & edge as needed
52. Hardwood or tile floors cleaned
53. Empty and clean ash trays
54. Mirrors cleaned
55. Phones wiped down & sanitized
56. Main entry door wiped down
57. Ceiling fans dusted
58. Baseboards & moldings feather dusted
59. Switch plates wiped down
60. Vacuum stairs with special attachment
61 Trash emptied
62 Vacuum/wipe under seat cushions as needed
63 Vacuum under couches and chairs as needed
64 Spot Check doors for dust
