As an attorney working in South Jersey for over 18 years, I have handled thousands of cases; attended court at the city, state and federal levels; and gained invaluable insight into the legal profession that can only be obtained through experience.
Breadth of Knowledge
While some firms focus on one aspect of the law, I have found that legal problems are much more intertwined. Having a broad knowledge of many different areas of the law allows to me offer a more complete assessment of your legal options.
For example, some of my municipal court clients have amassed thousands of dollars in surcharges, which seemed impossible to pay; however, with a Chapter 13 Debt Reorganization Plan, I have helped some clients reduce them or eliminate them altogether. A Chapter 13 Reorganization can even restore a suspended or revoked license for certain individuals.
I understand real estate law and have helped many clients close on their homes. Having experience with bankruptcy, I have helped individuals emerging from bankruptcy to refinance their homes or complete complicated real estate transactions.
Speaking with clients about their financial troubles has sometimes led revelations of a personal injury case to be filed or a contract to be disputed.
