Welcome to Rancho del Paso (RDP), the Premier Gated Equestrian Community at Lake Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico. RDP will be first and foremost the best boarding facility in the area, offering private stalls and paddocks for each horse, a full size lighted riding arena, access to miles of trails, and generous turnout areas. For you, the rider/owner, the stable facilities include large, secure tack areas and an adjoining lounge with rest room facilities. RDP will also offer community facilities, including a social club with a kitchen, bath and changing rooms, and a mirador on the second level. Adjoining the social club will be a covered patio with outdoor grill facilities, and a heated pool. Best of all, RDP will be offering 5 homes to be built, each with breath taking views of Lake Chapala to the south, and majestic mountains to the north. If you choose to purchase a custom built home at RDP, you will have the best of both worlds, a fabulous place to live, and on-site proximity to your horses. STABLES: Ten 12'X12' stalls with adjoining 12'X20' private paddocks, and individual covered cross-tie areas outside each stall

HORSE FACILITIES: Grass turn out areas, 145' x 80' lit arena with covered viewing area

COMMON AREAS: Secure tack storage, lounge/social club, pool, patio, mirador, rest rooms & changing facilities. Fully underground utilities (electric, water, telephone, gas) and paved roads and walkways. RDP is fully enclosed by stone walls and 6 foot high fences covered with bougainvilleas. Residents and boarders will have their own remote controls for the automated gates to enter the Rancho.

HOUSES: Only 5 homes will be available at the Rancho, each with spectacular Lake views. Choose from a variety of our architect designed house plans, customize the details, and we'll build it for you.
