Join Carmel for her 8th year celebrating all the gifts that life offers is this practice on Thanksgiving morning. The fun starts at 9 am and will work through a variety of poses centering our hearts on gratitude.

Chakra Bowls and Restorative Practice

Donna and her bowls join Carmel as she moves us through an array of Restorative Postures.
This Workshop will combine the sounds of the Crystal Bowls with Yoga... gently intergrading Chakra opening poses with the corresponding Chakra bowl. Please get ready for a delightful journey into the light. Poses will be held with the support of props and with the union of body and breath. The meeting of these two modalities will help each participant on all levels: emotionally, mentally, and
physically. Any level of yoga practitioner can enjoy this Workshop, as well as
the first time participant. Come Relax, Rejuvenate, and Realign to the
sounds of the Chakra Bowls and Yoga.
